Oggi volevo postarvi una ricettina semplicissima per realizzare un balsamo labbra che io uso quando spunta la fastidiosissima herpes labiale. Sfruttando l’azione cicatrizzante, lenitiva e antinfiammatoria della melissa e l’azione nutriente della vit. E, trovo questo balsamo favoloso e molto utile per alleviare e far guarire più velocemente l’herpes.
Ingredienti
- 30 gr oleolito di melissa
- 7 gr cera api
- 3 gr burro di karité
- 4 gocce olio essenziale di melissa
- 4 gocce olio essenziale di Tea tree
- 3 gr tocoferolo (vit.E)
Procedimento
Versare la cera api in una ciotolina in vetro (resistente al calore) e farla fondere a bagnomaria .
Quando la cera si sarà sciolta completamente spegnere il fuoco e aggiungere il burro di karité mescolando per farlo fondere.
A questo punto versarci dentro l’oleolito di melissa e mescolare per qualche secondo affinchè la cera che si è solidificata a causa dell’olio freddo possa ri sciogliersi.
Aggiungere il tocoferolo , lasciare intiepidire e poi aggiungere gli olii essenziali.
Versare il composto in un barattolino con tappo e lasciare raffreddare.
N.B. A seconda dei gusti personali, se si desidera un balsamo labbra più morbido diminuire un pochino la cera d’api, al contrario, se lo si vuole un po’ più consistente, aggiungercene ancora un pochino.
Note:
Il Tea Tree è un ottimo antibiotico naturale, può debellare molti virus, batteri e funghi e, in combinazione con la melissa, va a favorire una buona guarigione in caso di herpes labiale. Nel caso non si avesse si può omettere.
Il Burro di Karité ha proprietà emollienti, nutrienti e idratanti utilissime per la salute e la cura delle labbra. Nel caso non si avesse si può omettere.
